Our support group is more than just meetings; it's a community where every session is a step toward understanding your body's needs.
Over the next five months, through bi-weekly virtual sessions, you'll explore the ten principles of Intuitive Eating. Each session uses the Intuitive Eating workbook as a guide, helping you to internalize each principle profoundly and personally.

This group is for anyone who:
-wants to improve their relationship with food, movement, and/or body
-is new to Intuitive Eating and wants to learn how to become an Intuitive Eater, is feeling stuck on their IE journey, or has been been on their journey for some time but feels the extra support will help move them closer to food freedom
-is committed to no longer dieting but not sure where to go from there
-wants to improve their physical, emotional, and/or mental health
-wants to be able to live without rigid food rules
-wants to feel more in control around all foods
-wants to learn how to connect with their body and understand the messages of the body
-wants to learn how to "eat normally"
-wants a community of like-minded individuals
-wants a safe space to explore all of the above!
Yes! If you are committed to no longer dieting but still have a desire to change your body, I would say that makes you human. Although Intuitive Eating is a weight neutral model, meaning the focus is not on changing your body but rather improving your relationship with food, the support group can still provide you a safe space to process your feelings about wanting to (or feeling like you have to) change your body. Working through those desires is very common when wanting to improve your relationship with food and body.
Because there is a structure to the support group and we will be working through the 10 principles of Intuitive Eating, when you sign up for the group you are committing to the full 11 sessions of the group. There are no refunds.
I accept most major credit cards, HSA cards, or FSA cards. However, if you plan to use a HSA/FSA card I would confirm with the company ahead of time that this service is covered.
Absolutely!! You are certainly able to work 1:1 with me and join the support group for the community aspect. I would love to have you there.
